Hi, I'm Henriette.
I work as a Mindful Business and Life Coach, mindfulness trainer, and conceptual artist, in the realm of self-awareness and Mindful Design.
My professional journey started in the automotive industry where I worked as a designer, idea generator, and project initiator at a future-focused design studio, close to Berlin. For almost a decade I’ve helt design presentations all the way up to the executive board level, helped develop various workshop formats, launched projects, supported the diversity management and, on the side, co-founded a FLINTA artists’ collective.

All of this has helped me grow and has shaped my perspective and professional approach in a complex, male-dominated work environment. It was an incredibly enriching experience, though at times it could also feel overwhelming.
After a few years, a part of me grew louder, a part that knew: It’s time to take the next step. After my workplace closed, I learned to tune into stillness, decided to change industries, and completed a 12-month, ECA-certified training program to become a Mindful Business & Life Coach. Looking back, that was one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever given myself.
Today, I support people who sense that they want to keep growing and who are looking for a space to reflect together. I offer you that space.

From my professional experience, I bring a deep understanding of complex work environments, power dynamics, teamwork, strategic direction, and the power of conscious design. From personal experience, I know that change takes time. That periods of stillness don’t mean stagnation, but are often the moment when something new is ready to emerge. That’s exactly when a non-judgmental space and appropriate support are important.
I'll accompany you through times of change and reorientation.

By mindfulness, I mean conscious awareness—both of the external world and of my inner self.
Part of my personal mindfulness practice is meditating and spending time in nature, observing the elements. This relaxes me and gives me moments of stillness. I am particularly fascinated by the element of water because of its adaptability, vitality, and symbolic significance. For me, water represents being in the flow, letting go, reflection, and depth.
Glass reminds me of frozen water in its appearance. Which is why I work with this material for my artistic installations and mindfulness machines.

Personal Vita
* My work is gender-sensitive and burnout-informed
Life is full of upheavals. I know what it feels like to be in the middle of change without knowing where it leads. I’ve learned that, in hindsight, challenges are usually important experiences that foster growth and personal development. With the right support, even difficult emotions can be consciously acknowledged and, as a result, integrated. This kind of support helped me a great deal when I needed it.
I believe in the positive effects of personal development—and that real change comes from within. That’s why I now work as a Mindful Business and Life Coach.
My strength lies in giving you the space you need to better understand yourself. That's exactly where our work together begins.
