Leise Transformation

When external noise quietens down, it can get very loud in your head. That's when thoughts start spiraling.

Most people want to dissolve this situation as quickly as possible…

… or are looking for a way to find clarity for themselves.

Right here is where your journey and our work together begins.

Sometimes a phase, a job, a relationship, or a role comes to an end. Transitions are rarely linear. The old hasn’t quite ended yet, and the new isn’t quite there yet. I’ll guide you through the process of stepping back to become aware of what’s trying to become loud within you, letting go of the old that no longer feels right, and making room for the new.

Transition

Reorientation

Through 1:1 coaching and guided awareness exercises, you’ll get to know yourself and your inner world better. This will help you develop your self-awareness, enabling you to make self-assured decisions over the long term that feel right for you, both professionally and personally.

Self-

Awareness

The better you get to know yourself, the more sustainable your impact will be in your daily life and career. Creativity isn’t a matter of talent—it’s a matter of access. Drawing on my expertise as mindful coach and designer, I’ll help you develop new perspectives and take the next step that aligns with who you are and your reality. What’s waiting to be heard within you? Let’s find out together.

How we work together

Methods can support the process, but are always intended as a meaningful complement to the coaching conversation. Each session is individually tailored to your needs. Our work together focuses on presence and attentiveness.

Here is a selection of methods with which I have had positive experiences:

  • Concious listening
  • Tetralemma – to support decision-making
  • Self-assessment questionnaires
  • Career anchors
  • GPOP – Golden Profiler of Personality (psychodynamic self-assessment)
  • Working with inner aspects
  • Clarifying one’s own role

Body-oriented exercises

  • Guided meditation/ mindfulness meditation, movement, conscious breath
  • Activating the senses through principles of neuroaesthetics (e.g., sound, scent, touch)
  • Usui Reiki Ryoho

*I work within a network of experienced coaches, consultants, creative professionals, and mindfulness trainers, and I am constantly furthering my education.

Our coaching sessions together aim to strengthen your ability to become more self-aware and to act effectively based on that awareness.

  • It is a goal- and resource-oriented process. This means we work with what you bring to the table: your issues, your experiences, and your motivation. I support you by actively listening, reflecting your perspectives back to you, and helping you reflect on yourself.
  • Coaching, in this context, means neither counseling nor therapy. It is not about self-optimization or a quick fix. Coaching is an invitation to honest self-awareness, to develop sustainable solutions that feel right for you in the long term.
  • What coaching cannot provide: support during acute mental health crises, for substance use disorders, personality disorders, or when the ability to cope with daily life is severely limited. In such cases, therapeutic support is the more appropriate approach.

Do you have a question or want to know if coaching is right for you? Feel free to send me an email and schedule an initial, no-obligation introductory meeting. Or read more about it in the FAQs.

Coaching topics are as diverse as life itself and can relate to both professional and personal development.

Here are a few examples:

Transition / Reorientation / Self-Development

  • I feel something inside me that wants to come out, but I can’t quite put my finger on it yet.
  • My old role has changed or no longer fits. I want to grow and figure out what truly suits me.
  • I’m looking for clarity and reflection as I embark on a new path/chapter/project.

Internal and External Conflicts

  • I’m facing an important decision and want to get a sense of what feels right.
  • It feels as if two (or more) voices are speaking inside me. I don’t know which one to listen to.
  • I have many ideas for projects; I’m looking for clarity on how to take the first step.

Resilience and Exhaustion

  • I often feel exhausted. I’m able to function, but I find it hard to relax.
  • I’m looking for a sense of ease in my tasks and in my interactions with others.
  • I just need someone to listen.

(Self-)Leadership

  • I lead a team and often find myself caught in the middle. I want to do a good job.
  • I often feel as though I’m being controlled by others, as if I’m reacting instead of taking action.
  • I keep coming back to the same place.
